- Internet buyers ranking of their agent: 4.3 out of 5 Traditional buyer: 3.3 out of 5 (5 being the best rating)
- When asked the number one reason the internet buyer rated their agent high 91% said because of quick responses.
- 97% of Internet Buyers said they would use their agent again. Traditional buyers said 50%
This info taken from the 2007 NAR Technology Survey, Reality Times Online Magazine and an analysis of the 2006 California Real Estate Market by Leslie Appleton-Young, Cheif Economist and Vice President of the California Association of Realtos.
Just think of how those numbers have probably changed since the surveys have been taken. If you are not engaged in Internet marketing, social media, and anything else Internet related you are simply not in the game of Real Esate.
